Sometimes spelled Doiran this lake has made a fantastic comeback after a severe case of agricultural drainage. A number of steps were taken back in the 90's and now this lake is home to on e of the largest diversity of fresh water fishes in the world. I know from personal experience that some of those fish are mighty tasty.
